License & Terms of Use

ixostitch is proprietary software provided for personal use. Below are the terms governing how the software and your creative work may be used.

1. Ownership of Content

Your patterns: You retain full ownership of any embroidery patterns created using ixostitch. You are free to sell, share, or distribute your own patterns (OXS, PDF, images) without any royalties or credit required to ixo.

Software: The software — including source code, algorithms, logic, UI/UX design, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of the author.

2. Proprietary License

This software is provided for personal use. The source code is visible for educational and review purposes, but it is not open-source.

Restrictions:

You may not use this software, its source code, or its assets for any commercial purposes (sale, subscription, or advertising revenue) without express written permission.
You may not redistribute, host, or mirror this software or its source code on other websites or platforms.
You may not modify the source code to create a derivative product for public release.

3. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party trademarks mentioned within the software — including but not limited to DMC, Anchor, Madeira, Mill Hill, Kreinik, Zweigart, and Belka — are the property of their respective owners. ixostitch is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their names are used solely for informational and reference purposes (e.g., to identify thread, floss, or bead colour palettes).

4. Open-Source & Third-Party Software

ixostitch incorporates the following third-party open-source components. They remain under their original licenses; their copyright notices are retained here as required.

MediaPipe Tasks Vision — © Google LLC, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Used in-browser for optional photo segmentation; no image data is sent to Google.
Mozilla pdf.js — © Mozilla Foundation, licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
PixiJS, jsPDF, pica, image-q and the Sentry SDK — licensed under the MIT License by their respective authors.

5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Лицензия и условия использования

ixostitch — проприетарное программное обеспечение для личного использования. Ниже приведены условия, регулирующие использование программы и ваших творческих работ.

1. Право собственности на контент

Ваши схемы: Вы сохраняете за собой полное право собственности на любые схемы вышивки, созданные в ixostitch. Вы вправе продавать, дарить или распространять свои схемы (в форматах OXS, PDF или изображениях) без каких-либо отчислений или обязательного упоминания ixo.

Программное обеспечение: ПО — включая исходный код, алгоритмы, логику, дизайн интерфейса (UI/UX) и элементы бренда — является исключительной интеллектуальной собственностью автора.

2. Проприетарная лицензия

Данное ПО предоставляется для личного использования. Исходный код доступен для ознакомления и образовательных целей, но не является свободным ПО (open-source).

Ограничения:

Запрещено использовать данное ПО, его код или ресурсы в любых коммерческих целях (продажа, подписка, получение рекламного дохода) без письменного согласия автора.
Запрещено перераспространять ПО, размещать его на других хостингах или создавать «зеркала» приложения.
Запрещено изменять код с целью создания и публикации другого продукта на его основе.

3. Сторонние торговые марки

Все сторонние торговые марки, упоминаемые в приложении — включая (но не ограничиваясь) DMC, Anchor, Madeira, Mill Hill, Kreinik, Zweigart, Belka — принадлежат их законным владельцам. ixostitch — независимый проект, не аффилированный с этими компаниями и не одобренный ими. Их названия используются исключительно в справочных целях (например, для обозначения палитр ниток, мулине или бисера).

4. ПО с открытым исходным кодом и сторонние компоненты

ixostitch использует перечисленные ниже сторонние компоненты с открытым исходным кодом. Они распространяются на условиях своих оригинальных лицензий; уведомления об авторских правах сохранены здесь в соответствии с требованиями этих лицензий.

MediaPipe Tasks Vision — © Google LLC, лицензия Apache License 2.0. Используется в браузере для опциональной сегментации фото; изображения не передаются в Google.
PixiJS, jsPDF, pica, image-q и Sentry SDK — лицензия MIT соответствующих авторов.

5. Отказ от ответственности

ПРОГРАММНОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЕТСЯ «КАК ЕСТЬ», БЕЗ КАКИХ-ЛИБО ГАРАНТИЙ. АВТОРЫ НЕ НЕСУТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ ПРЕТЕНЗИИ, УЩЕРБ ИЛИ ИНУЮ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ, ВОЗНИКШУЮ В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ДАННОГО ПО.

6. Юрисдикция

Любые споры, возникающие в связи с данными условиями, регулируются законодательством Республики Сербия.
