Copyright / DMCA Policy

ixo is a tool for digitising and editing Your own cross-stitch designs — hand-drawn charts, photos of Your finished work, PDF charts You have the rights to, and calibration backgrounds. We do not host, promote, or encourage the use of the Service to copy patterns You do not have rights to. If You believe content on the Service infringes Your copyright, this page explains how to reach us and what happens next.

1. How to file a takedown notice

If You are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on one's behalf) and believe that content accessible through the Service infringes Your copyright, send a written notice to hello@ixostitch.com. To help us act quickly, please include:

Incomplete notices may take longer to process — we may need to follow up with You for missing details before we can act.

2. Our response

We review takedown notices promptly and, upon confirming a notice is valid and complete, aim to remove or disable access to the identified content within one business day. Where practical, we will attempt to notify the affected user of the removal and the reason for it.

We reserve the right to reject or reverse a takedown if we determine, in good faith, that the notice was invalid, incomplete, or abusive.

3. Repeat infringer policy

We do not tolerate repeat infringement. Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid, substantiated copyright complaints will have the relevant content removed and, depending on severity and repetition, may have their access to public-sharing features restricted or their account suspended or terminated at our discretion. This policy is enforced, not merely stated — repeat-infringer determinations are tracked per account and reviewed before further action is taken.

4. Contact

All copyright complaints and questions about this policy should be sent to: hello@ixostitch.com.

This page is a summary of our copyright takedown process for the Service. It supplements, and does not replace, Section 7 ("Copyright Complaints and Takedown") of our Terms of Service.
